Our 360º Joyworks! Method is a unique four-pillar framework created by award-winning facilitator and Joyworks! founder Sharon Miller.

It blends science, compassion, wisdom and creativity into one integrated approach – helping individuals, teams, client group programmes and whole communities reconnect, reset and rediscover joy.

This method is the foundation of every Joyworks! experience, from international keynotes to corporate workshops to public sector and charity wellbeing sessions and programmes, to The Joy Academy for individuals.
