I created The Joy Academy from lived experience – through loss, serious illness, rebuilding and finding my way back to me.
I know what it is like to:

Through the same whole-person approach to joy of my 360º Joyworks! Method, we will explore:
Positive psychology techniques to shift your mindset
Self-compassion practices to soothe and strengthen
Eastern wisdom for calm and clarity
Creative expression to reconnect with joy
And you’ll do it surrounded by others on their own journeys – guided with warmth, humour and deep understanding. And, we’ll have a lot of fun and laughs along the way.
