A recent meta-analysis of ten randomised controlled trials, involving 814 adults, found that laughter and humour therapies can make a real difference in easing symptoms of depression and anxiety.

The benefits were even greater when laughter was practiced regularly over time.

These approaches were also shown to be safe, easy to fit into daily life and genuinely enjoyable — making them a powerful and accessible way to support better mental health and overall well-being for adults from all walks of life – so imagine what you will receive when you take part in sessions that have all of these  science backed  methods  weaved through in through  the Joyworks method!

Monthly Inner Light Book Club: Deepening Through Shared Wisdom

Our quarterly book exploration with the JOYWORKS METHOD offer a space to connect more deeply with like-minded souls. Each event centres around a life-changing  book on a  holistic theme and we’ll explore it together in our Facebook group in the lead up to the event on Zoom with a relaxing Yoga Nidre to finish!
