We’ll use fun games, laughter therapy and powerful drama strategies with lots of relaxation to help us ask for what we need with confidence and learn to set boundaries and prioritise selfcare. Workshops will remind us that self-love is the best love – to keep the focus on ourselves while recognising what’s in our control and what to let go of with a smile.
