World Smile Day
We had such an epic event on the Gupta App with over 115 celebrating National Smile Day on Friday with today’s theme Mind Body Mingle.

One of my favorite smile stories involves a life-changing encounter with the famous spiritual teacher Carolyn Myss.
Years later, at a conference she was speaking at , a man expressed his heartfelt gratitude to her.
He recounted a moment when he stood on a bridge, contemplating jumping in , and Carolyn Myss walked past him and smiled. That simple act of kindness, he claimed, had saved his life.
