One of my favorite smile stories involves a life-changing encounter with the famous spiritual teacher Carolyn Myss.
Years later, at a conference she was speaking at , a man expressed his heartfelt gratitude to her.
He recounted a moment when he stood on a bridge, contemplating jumping in , and Carolyn Myss walked past him and smiled. That simple act of kindness, he claimed, had saved his life. ❤️❤️‍🩹
